Research fellowship position is open

The project seeks to hire a research fellow in the context of the AO system commissioning. The successful applicant will be based at INAF-Osservatorio di Arcetri (Florence – Italy) working in the AO group. He will participate in person to the SOUL commissioning campaign at the Large Binocular Telescope and will take care of data reduction and system optimization. After the end of the commissioning phase, he will support the science operations as well as the commissioning of new insturments fed by SOUL as SHARK-VIS and SHARK-NIR.
Master Degree (or equivalent) in Physics, Astronomy, or Engineering are invited to apply.
